Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement effective sales and marketing plans to grow revenue and market position
- Generate leads, convert prospects, and increase project sales across South Australia
- Maintain and develop the sales pipeline using CRM systems and performance reporting
- Guide, motivate, and support the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Manage digital marketing, advertising activities, and promotional strategies
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients, developers, suppliers, and referral networks
- Lead contract discussions and assist clients through the full sales process
- Collaborate with construction, design, and operations teams for seamless project delivery
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance updates for senior management
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales and marketing leadership (construction, property, or real estate industry preferred)
- Demonstrated success in increasing sales revenue and managing key client accounts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and reporting systems
