Job Description

About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, and building long-term client relationships. You will take ownership of sales performance while shaping marketing initiatives that position Stunning Homes as a leading residential builder in South Australia.

What You Will Do

Lead business development activities to secure new residential projects
Design and deliver marketing campaigns that generate consistent enquiries
Build, manage, and monitor the sales pipeline through CRM systems
Coach and support the sales team to maximise performance
Identify new market opportunities and emerging customer trends
Strengthen referral networks with agents, developers, and partners
Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations
Support customers from enquiry through to contract execution
Work closely with construction and design teams to ensure seamless handover
Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and growth strategies

What You Bring

Qualification in Business, Marketing, Management, or similar
2–3 years’ experience in a sales or marketing leadership role
Background in construction, real estate, or property highly desirable
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Confidence with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
Commercial mindset with a proactive leadership approach
